I have an older truck with light seats. Today I picked it up and the seat covers look amazing. They did a perfect match. I like the detail of the embroidery. Overall the experience was great. The staff were friendly and the price was fair. (The center console cover was not them lol)

Excelent service, quality, and on schedule. It's hard to believe the van has seat covers. It looks as if we paid a lot more than we did.

I dropped my Lexus off here based on a recommendation from a friend. I needed some damages to my seats repaired. The repair itself is fine but the process was much longer and more drawn out than I was originally quoted. I try to be fairly easy going as I’ve worked in the industry for a while myself (vehicle repair not upholstery specifically) and I understand that sometimes things happen and cars can be fairly complicated. My one day quote turned into a week. they kept saying it was because of how complicated the seats were. Which I understood and didn’t want to make a big deal about how long it was taking. but when I was promised for the last time that the car would be done I went to pick it up and none of the stuff that was causing them so many issues were even working. I needed to wait even longer for my car because they didn’t bother plugging anything back in after doing the seats. Vehicle repair 101: make sure everything is working before releasing the car to the customer and if something got damaged call the customer immediately not when they try getting the car; and DEFINITELY don’t try and deny it (because they did try telling me it was like that beforehand. Who knows what
